After my Degree I was offered a full scholarship to complete a Masters and continue developing my third year project around disability products for the home. This gave me the opportunity to focus on project logistics and User Centered Design. I dedicated my study around finding out who the customer base truly was, and designing products that were right for them. Throughout the year I created and manufactured a range of functional and ‘positive’ homeware products suitable for people with a mobility disablement such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes. These products are designed to help with every day tasks such as cooking, cleaning and washing with an aesthetic and brand so the people who need them are proud to have them on show. I have since been invited back as Guest Lecturer to discuss my work with current postgraduate and undergraduate students.
